companies that don’t want to spend on proper maintenance but still expect everything to run perfectly. And when things go wrong? We’re the first to kena blame. Some days, it feels like no matter how hard we work, it’s never enough. Who else is facing this problem in work?

feel you! that's what my company is doing. they don't want to take our ideas and plan for the company. for them is why not try to repair first or modified the equipment. I'm tired of doing the same thing all over again. might as well buy a new equipment problem solve then keep repairing. That's why I'm leaving.

Ugh yes, and then the higher-ups say we should “take ownership” while ignoring our concerns. Like hello, we’re not superheroes leh. Just want to be heard and given proper resources to do a good job.
