Maintenance Engineer
I applied for 3 months but never get any opportunity from employer side,,what should I do?

It's pretty much the norm these days to not hear back on your application, and if you get an interview, to not hear back on your interview. If you think you did really well in the interview or if someone said you would hear from them in a week or whatever, I would follow up after the time has passed to see if you are still being considered.
