Too junior to speak up? But the tech lead always ignore our ideas, I’m part of a dev team in a mid-size company. Every time us juniors suggest improvements like automating stuff or cleaning up legacy code, the tech lead brushes us off like we don’t know anything. Frustrating seriously. I know I’m not a senior, but I’m not blur either leh. Should I just keep quiet, just follow orders or bring it up somehow and stand on my ground? Will it jeopardize my work in some ways?

You’re not alone sia. Junior doesn’t mean no brain. If you’ve got solid points, don’t be afraid to raise them.. but ummm.. pick your battles. Bring it up respectfully and maybe back it with data. Worst case, keep note of your contributions for future roles that do value input. You deserve that.
