Just started at this “innovative” tech startup in SG — wah, never expected the systems and processes to be so disorganised. Everyone using different tools, no proper onboarding, and somehow I’m expected to "figure it out". Like bro, I code, not do internal audits 😩. Is this normal? Or did I just join a startup with no chill?

Yup, sounds like a startup with zero ops support 😂 It’s kinda normal at smaller companies but still super frustrating. You could try suggesting a shared tool or process if things get too wild
