What should I do if I wish to report my company enforced us to join religion activities in the company? most of us are really find it annoying but it is compulsory from the management, we come here to work but not to sing Christian songs and listen how good your god is.
My HR friend say MOM is unlikely to bother to investigate this kind of thing

aiyooo no one should be forced into religious activities at work. If HR isn’t helpful, you just file a complaint with MOM under workplace discrimination. It might not guarantee action, but having a record at leasttt. Alternatively, if you and your colleagues push back together, management might ease up. Either way, you’re not wrong for wanting a workplace that respects everyone’s beliefs (or lack thereof).
