How do u cope in a workplace with a person aways being nasty or mean to u despite u treating them well?Is it reli my issue or what is actually happening😅😅😅

no choice. we have to stand for ourselves, if not they will take more advantage on us. Address the person about their behavior directly to the face, "[name] lately i noticed you've been quite nasty and mean to me, tbh i dont really appreciate it. If there' s something I'm doing that's bothering you, tell me so I can aware of not doing it. If it has nothing to do with me, please start treating me with at least minimal respect :)"

Even someone like you, already in a manager position, still has to deal with this kind of behaviour. Imagine how it is for someone like me, dealing with it every single day just because my senior doesn’t know how to speak respectfully to a junior

I'm in the same situation and it annoyed me really bad, I want to ask for a transfer department or maybe finding other jobs but it will struggles me if im facing the same type of ppl again. I need that coping techniques to deal with this mean person

hm more context is needed for specific advice. However, if you’re just dealing with a generally unpleasant or manipulative person whom you don’t report to.. best way is to have minimal engagement with them. The approach is to make yourself so uninteresting, so they will eventually turn their energy elsewhere
