Sales Assistant
It’s my first time working in a dental clinic. I applied for dentist assistant position but end up im at the counter everyday. Been trying to not working at reception/counter cause tired of people being rude to us who’s working on this position. Well I ended up in this position again.. but do I have the right to talk about it (salary) I was told that after confirmation (3months) they’ll increase it few hundreds. But it’s been my 5th months & still receiving the same amount as before confirmation

Have you brought this up with your employer? You absolutely have the right to discuss it. Double-check your offer letter to confirm the exact job role & see if there's any mention of increments. Then, ask why the promised increment hasn’t been reflected yet. Don’t let them take advantage of you... if you don’t ask, they might just pretending to forget
