2025 is the worst year of my life. On december i started a new job. on the 4th day on site, i failed to answer some of the question from my manager (not a common knowledge or basic engineering but the smallest detail i overlook which is one tube of scaffold is missing from the thousand of it in a structure. On the 5th day (Friday) was my last day. luckily the next monday i already got gotother interview and got accepted on the spot. felt relieved eventhough the salary was 30% lower.

Now almost 2 month unemployed and after everything that happen in my career this year. All my motivation, self esteem are gone. felt totally useless

After that accident i proceed with my work at site and office with a bleeding leg. after all my work was done i ask my Hr to go back early cause want to go to hospital. i got 2 weeks of MC. but i only take a week. on the first day after i come back from my MC. Got calles from HR and Manager saying that 1st nov was my last day. but since im MC they just hold until i come back to office. So unfortunately after 6month giving everything to the last company. Still got terminate on the spot.

luckily got another interview after a week of recovery from a shoulder operation. Got accepted, everything went so good. got confirm only after a month. on the second month got another increment. everything and everyone was so good. Since i was so happy working there and i decided i dont want to claim OT or anything i bought for the company. End of Oct i had an accident in singapore.

After one month and half, suddenly HR ask me to send resign letter (according to her bos said im not doing anything). then my bos called me saying everything i do, can be done by other staff. and company cannot afford to pay my levy. After unemployed for almost 2 month i just go walkin to become laundry worker. 12hour standing with only 45 and 15min break. on the 7th day i got into accident on my way to work. After informed my manager, got terminate immediately. i go back hometown for recovery
