Im working 12hr shifts. Previously, we need to submit 1month ahead for our roster which is normal. Then slowly, it changes to 8weeks. And now, my hiring manager is requesting for 3months ahead all because he is tired of reviewing and gaslight us by saying “its also good for us to plan ahead”. I hope no one gets a boss that only thinks of himself. Starting 2026 with a new nonsense

Haha! Obv he just wanna make things easy for him :D but, maybe he got a lot of other jobs yuhh.. try to think positive.. :D

Haihhh, had a similar situation once where my manager kept pushing the timeline further out because he "didn't want to deal with it monthly." Like... that's literally your job brooo? Managing schedules IS management.. But yeaa, i resign cause i beh tahan liao

hahaa really that bad mie? i think still can talk la if anything urgent comes, if anything can plan 3mnths ahead then just tell, if can't then just tell him to be more considerate. communication iz keyyy ✨✨✨✨

Walaooo, understand that get planning ahead but...3 MONTHS? What if something comes up, what if you get sick, what if literally anything changes in your life? urghh sometimes i also dont understand leh
