Hi Guys, I'm applying for Jobs for the last 2 to 3 months but the recruitment team not at all processing my documents, whether it's because of I'm from other Country or what else is the problem. I worked for 2 Start-up companies - one is a Organic-based and another one is Protein Power. so both are FMCG companies, anybody help me on this.

I submitted an application late Jan and on 13 Feb,the recruiter called me to say that I got an interview. I went for the interview late Feb & a week later,the recruiter called and informed me that the Interviewer said I sounded keen to learn.But then, the job was reposted and last week,the recruiter said that the company is still interviewing candidates & not urgently filling the role. What are my chances?

Been job hunting since last year, no single interview i got called. Almost 6 years working at same place and found out been underpaid than another branches make me feel more down with this situation. From lift and escalator industry make more difficult to get a new job. I regret with my decision to stay at same company as my ex colleague tender resignation earlier after 2 years working here. Now they got paid up more than 3 times from my current salary. The End

Tbh if companies aren’t looking for fresh graduates or would prefer not to have them, then don’t include the fat that the job is open to fresh grads to seasoned workers. It’s very misleading and very disappointing when we don’t get anything back, not even a rejection.
