I'm an NSF thats ORDing in 2 months ish. I have sent alot of resumes but I get alot of job offers to sell insurance/investments with no basic pay. I have some experience in sales, starting a startup business and a diploma. I'm expecting a 3.5k basic job, is that too high? Also, there seem to be very few companies hiring fresh graduates, if they do, they're lowballing. I need some advice, thank you.

its been 4months that im jobless ,still applying for singapore jobs until this day ,i really wanna step out of my comfort zone and start something new out side of Malaysia ,but this is draining me down especially when you have been applying for alot yes there is interview but then after they didnt even get back to me.

I work at a hotel’s front desk and I really try to do everything by the book like follow SOP, greet guests warmly, keep records neat. But my manager always finds something wrong. Even the smallest thing, they’ll call me out in front of others. I’ve been trying to not take it personally, but it’s exhausting. Feels like whatever I do will never be good enough in their eyes. Has anyone worked with a manager like this? How do you cope when you know you’re giving your best but still not enough?
